Starseeds & The Gaia Project
Among the things rattling around my brain for the past few days are starseeds, seed crystals, earth grids, trees, and conscious evolution. Not random ideas at all, rather interconnected and purposeful.
STARSEEDS
Reflecting upon my peers, and the many women who have come before, trailblazing the planet long before cell phones, GPS, online fundraisers, and a growing community of like-minded actualizers. Pioneering earth keepers whose connection to Great Spirit and Gaia were secretly held in their hearts, who heeded the call to assist in the clearing, and stabilizing the grid to prepare for the next wave of activators. All those crystal-packing mamas puncturing the earth’s lay lines with seed crystals, placed here and there, in the spirit of GRATITUDE and LOVE for the EARTH and ALL SENTIENT LIFE.
My memories returned to one woman who held bake sales, so many sales until she had just enough funds to step out of her suburban box and into the energy of trust. It’s the 1950’s, and her husband ruled over their home, the finances, and a reality of his choosing. He refused to support her spirit, let alone her quest. The king of the roost “allowed” her to go on one of her fantasies if she could raise the money.
Can you imagine how the universe organized strangers to suddenly stop, open their wallets and buy baked goods? To generously support her meager offerings until she reached the amount needed to fulfill the quest. The power to follow through was strong. She followed her spirit and delivered what was asked. Magic flowed. A pioneer Starseed with quiet power.
My thoughts then turned to a red-headed Starseed, a contemporary, who travels extensively as a hairstylist. Carrying her scissors, and a pocket full of tiny seed crystals to be delivered everywhere she goes: heart+mind+body+spirit acting as one. Women who remember, who contribute, and who share the unified vision.
TREES
My spirit was insistent that I share a few stories on trees. I woke up thinking about an animated short film, adapted from the book, The Man Who Planted Tree’s by Jean Giono. In 1987, I sat amongst friends at the Balboa Village Theater in Newport Beach, unable to move when the film ended. Tears were streaming down my face, my spirit deeply touched by the idea of a man quietly reforesting a desolate area as a life project. I sat up in bed, and turned on my cell phone to see a Facebook post that read:
“The one who plants trees, knowing that he will never sit in the shade, has at least started to understand the meaning of life.” – Rabindranath Tagore.
To follow the tree sequence, on my way to the kitchen for a morning coffee I heard what sounded like a marble rolling on the floor and knew our kittens were into something. I looked closely, and my heart smiled. Those furry conspirators had found and taken for their amusement, a Rudraksha bead – you know, the sacred prayer beads used by Hindu’s and worn by Lululemon wearing yogi’s. I had gathered a small handful of beads at the sacred Rudraksha forest in Kauai during my visit with Lauren Galey and placed them in my healing room. As a daily practice, I don’t tend to collect items while traveling – leaving shells, flowers, and stones – for others to enjoy but this time, I did. This Rudraksha moment was significant to me, on January 29th, I appear on Lauren Galey’s show, Quantum Conversations and had been contemplating my offer to the community. I found my answer. Plant some seeds which I may or may not see germinate.
Then, Spirit shared another moment.
I’ve been thinking of new earth and whether the community was feeling over-packaged, over-stimulated, and a bit fatigued from the noise. Or maybe that was me. I thought about a twenty-something man, another contemporary Starseed, who cared for a tree farm. He too listened and followed spiritual guidance to care for pine trees on the spirit premise that one day these trees would be needed but when that time would come, well that answer wasn’t given. Trust. Years went by, he adjusted to a meager yet honest living in service to something bigger than himself. He sold a few here and there and I wondered whether he questioned his inner guidance. Lean years are tough on the mind but he had youth on his side, so he kept at it. Little did we know, that a time would come when parts of California would burn, and communities would be deforested.
Reforestation is not duly from nature’s natural clearing process but rather as a response to destruction created at the hands of egoic minds hell-bent on separation from the ALL. It was close to midnight and the news feed read, “National park visitors cuts down protected Joshua trees during partial government shutdown.”1 Destruction for sport. More chaos in the field.
CONSCIOUS EVOLUTION AND NEW EARTH
I woke the following morning to see another Facebook image about a tree, it read:
“I don’t want to protect the environment. I want to create a world where the environment doesn’t need protecting.”
Balanced Starseeds have evolved out of the immature state of awareness of finger-pointing, blaming, and shaming anything and anyone outside of themselves. These cultivators are creating an inner world reflective of universal principals. Their awareness has led them to make small, focused steps as a daily practice to cultivate inner states that create lasting change. The mirror effect. Interacting with the field around them in a respectful and collaborative way to create an external reflection of new earth. Many starseeds are lending their support, wisdom, and reflection to empower their communities to awaken.
Conscious evolution is a mastery course. Our contributions affect this world and beyond. Each step we take to examine our emotions, resolve conflicting feelings, balance our thoughts, and beliefs lead to greater action steps. On behalf of Gaia and all interconnected worlds, we thank you for your efforts. Little do we know that our small efforts lead to big results. Outcomes that we may or may not witness the full fruiting, but does that matter?
