Nourishing Families in Need

Celebrating International Women’s Day

We are celebrating International Women’s Day by continuing to support World Central Kitchen, which provides meals for families fleeing the war in Ukraine. I am acknowledging the tremendous acts of courage women face when choosing daily acts of wholeness in a society that oppresses the divine feminine. Women who are choosing to honor their strength, vulnerability, and courage to simply be on the earth and who are actively resolving the painful archaic system that encourages division, judgment, and condemnation of our bodies, brains, beauty, and self-expression. While silent to overt condemnation from men and women continues to occur, so do the collective voices who are choosing self-worth, personal expression, and honoring others despite it all. Thank you.

Nourishing Families In Need

We have chosen World Central Kitchen, a 5013c organization, to support the nutritional needs of Ukrainian families, whether at the borders, airports, or train stations. Or when safe, within the Ukrainian city centers. As of March 8th, Viator Travel matches donations up to $250,000. 🌸Why World Central Kitchen? At the heart of Starseed Adventures is spirit. Spirit who illuminates through adventure travel and teaches through activated landscapes that we are a diverse community sharing the earth. Travel brings that home, providing opportunities to develop enriching, near or distant relationships during or post-travel that nourish the grounds for unity. We begin our Starseed Adventures with a welcoming dinner, sharing a bountiful table, whether farm-to-table or, when possible, locally-owned restaurants that provide nourishing, memorable meals carefully crafted by locals who support organic food and soulful living. Our Starseed Adventures emphasize sharing meals, experiences, and opportunities for soul choices or as a backdrop for inner reflections that lead to or support personal change.

Thank you to my sisters and community of clients who have contributed their presence to Thea’s Heart, donated to WCK, and other pathways that make a difference in the lives of so many. We are grateful.
